二、基本任职资格 BASIC QUALIFICATION
（一）学历及专业 Degree and Discipline：
计算机及相关专业，本科以上学历。
（二）相关知识/技能、能力 Relevant Knowledge/ Skill and Ability：
- 具有一定的英语水平，能够阅读相关的英语文档；
- 对使用HTML/CSS/Javascript/Jsp/Servlet，JDBC等JAVA常用技术有相关认识；又或者对使用 .NET 框架/WCF/C#/Visual Studio等Microsoft开发技术有相关认识；
- 对Oracle, SQLServer数据库，Unix/Windows开发有相关认识；对企业管理系统（如ERP，SCM等）有相关认识者优先考虑；
- 对JAVA SCRIPT、AJAX；Hibernate、Spring、Struts等开源框架, Eclipse或JBuilder集成工具有相关认识者优先考虑。
- 良好的人际沟通能力及对ICT领域工作的热诚。

三、主要工作职责 JOB DESCRIPTION : (列举主要的工作职责)
- 在项目经理及高级软件工程师的带领下进行JAVA程序开发；
- 参与ERP开发项目的技术设计，于重点省市进行模板技术方案开发等；
- 协助项目经理设计系统的整合技术方案；
- 协助ERP的设计与建立工作，包括功能客户化、开发通用报表模板、规范报表格式与内容、程序移植和测试等；
- 与客户进行紧密的沟通及与项目实施人员协调，以提供最佳的ERP技术方案予客户；
- 协助项目组在客户方树立良好的公司形象，维护良好的客户关系；
- 能够应项目要求，经常在国内出差；
- 完成公司及主管交办的其他工作。
