Position:技术支持工程师实习生(全职)

职位职责:

·         参与开发产品技术支持工具或其他软件；

·         经过培训，可辅助工程师解决简单用户问题；

·         根据产品知识，可以进行简单troubleshooting的工作；

·         与相关部门协调，积极推动各相关部门，帮助客户获得正确的解决方案；

·         对产品熟悉后，可以为用户创造有价值的方案；

·         与客户进行网络或者电话会议解决问题；

·         进行客户管理；

·         参与和主要客户进行的会议；

人员要求:

·         硕士研究生优先，实习时间有保证；

·         有一定的UNIX和WINDOWS系统管理知识；

·         有较好的英语读写听说，沟通能力；

·         公司可提供条件进行毕业设计；

·         实习地点在北京；

Position: Technical Support Engineer (co-op, full-time)

Responsibilities:

·         Participate in software development projects of support tools or other applications.

·         Work with support engineer to solve fundamental product issues after training

·         Provide trouble shooting steps for Platform product issues in customer site.

·         Coordinate relevant depts to accelerate customer issues solving.

·         After being familiar with Platform products, propose valuable solution to address production issues.

·         Solve production issue over web-conf or tele-conf on demand

·         Manage customer case and avoid escalation. Keep team leader and manager be aware of the progress of critical issue.

·         Attend regular tele-conf with critical accounts

Job Requirements:

·         Be familiar with UNIX/Linux/Windows system knowledge

·         Good communication skill in both spoken English and writing English

·         Quick learning skill

·         Good teamwork

·         Be able to work in flexible working hrs (work at night on demand)

·         Experience on cluster management or Grid research is a plus

·         Good time management skill and priority management skill is a plus

·         Be able to accomplish the graduation theme in company

·         Work in Platform Beijing office
