Internship Approach:

We apply a two-way understanding and discovering approach. We develop and discover you by giving you a chance to explore different positions of work in months. Regular review and observation for the work performance, skill improvement, and training will be conducted.

Criteria:

任职标准：

-   Studying a Bachelor's Degree or above

-   本科在读或以上学历

-   Major in computer science/software engineering/information system or other related subjects

-   计算机、软件工程、信息管理等相关专业

-   For Front-end internship, you will need a basic understanding of CSS, Javascript, HTML

-   前端实习，熟悉CSS, JavaScript, HTML等技术

-   For Back-end internship, you will need a basic understanding of basic understanding of Java, MySql, Web development, Restful api

-   后端实习，掌握Java, MySql, Web development, Restful api等技能

-   Excellent communication skills

-   良好的沟通能力

-   High degree of professionalism incorporating integrity, diligence and ability to work independently

-   诚实勤奋，高度的专业精神，独立工作的能力
