- Software engineer

Responsibilities
• Develop software technologies for A10’s next generation products.
• Research, design and implement features of a product.
• Investigate, analyze problems to determine root cause. Provide and implement solutions to fix the problems. Verify the fix applied resolves the problem.
• Participate in design, code and test reviews.

Requirements
• Knowledge of TCP/IP.
• Strong C programming and debugging skills.

• Strong learning ability

• Knowledge of multi-core, multi-thread programming.
• Knowledge of L3 forwarding and data structures.
• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or math.

• Prefer 1 year or above experience in developing software for network applications.

- GUI engineer

根据前端页面设计，能独立完成页面HTML，CSS及JS程序
负责产品维护与测试

需求条件: 具有 Bootstrap / jQuery / AngularJS / ReactJS 经验者优先

- QA engineer 

Responsibilities Include:
- Designing , developing, executing and automating test cases and test plans for AX Series product
- Designing and maintaining test beds to ensure product quality
- Working with engineering and support teams on improving product quality, and recreation of customer reported issues/bugs
• Requirements:
Familiar with at least two of following: L2/3, TCP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, IPv4/v6, LSN, NAT64, DS-lite, 6RD
Experience in debugging L2/L3 problems by analyzing network traces 
Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills 
Hands-on experience with scripting languages (TCL/TK, Expect, Perl, Python) 
Experience in Linux system administration and networking 
Knowledge of application delivery and server load balancing 
Knowledge of IPv4 and IPv6 L3 Forwarding and NAT 
Proficient in reading and writing English
Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of complex networks desirable
Experience using/automating third party test tools (e.g. Spirent, Ixia) desirable 
• Routing Protocols (OSPFv2/3, IS-IS, BGP4+) desirable
• Knowledge of web application acceleration, application protocols and the latest web technologies desirable.
• Self-motivated, quick learner with “can-do” attitude, strong team player

- Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

1.Technical support for customer issues via phone calls, email, or ticketing system 
2.Troubleshoot issues, execute a course of action, test the issue and update to the customer with the results 
3.Issues recreation in lab, bug report and defect verifications 
4.Communication internally with developers, QA and field engineers. 
5.Respond to customers in a timely/kindly manner 
6.Work in technical support team as sustaining QA role 
7.Working on network product software releases and patch releases, execute defect verifications 
8. Writing extended test cases for those defect verifications 
9.Writing scripts on demand 
10. Network product QA experience preferred 
11.English reading and writing skill mandatory 

Requirements 
o Written and spoken English skills 
o Understanding of TCP/IP networking 
o Familiar with at least two of following protocols: VLAN, Routing and Forwarding, TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, SSL 
o Strong network problem solving and troubleshooting skills 
o Bachelor degree above in Computer Science or Computer Engineering 

Preferred 
o QA Engineer experience of tesing network appliance 
o Experience in debugging using network traces 
o Experience configuring network devices such as switch, router, firewall, vpn gateway, etc 
o C programming or scripting language skills such as TCL, Perl, Python, or Shell 
o Familiar with Linux environment and testing tools for network devices 
o Network Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent
