Key Responsibilities:

·   The selected candidate will work on avionics platform software development and testing. Those functions include NIC device driver, IO applications, processor driver, other platform common SW components, etc.

       Qualifications and Experience:

·   Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering. 本科h或硕士学历，计算机或电子工程相关专业。

·   Minimum of 3+ years of software development experience, with minimum 2 years of C/C++ development experience in embedded software system under RTOS. 至少3年的软件开发经验，其中至少2年是在C/C++的开发经验，并且具备在嵌入式实时操作系统下开发经验的优先考虑。

·   Strong software development skills in multi-thread system. 优秀的多任务/多线程软件开发技能。

·   Good understanding of RTOS. 很好的理解实时操作系统。

·   Formal Software Life Cycle experience preferred. 具备软件全生命周期的经验。

·   Strong problem solving skills. 很好的解决问题的能力。

·   Good at speaking /listening/writing English skill. 良好的英文听说读写能力。

·   Excellent communication skills and positive attitude. 优秀的沟通能力及积极的态度。

·   Strong sense of initiatives, cooperation and teamwork. 优`秀主动,合作和团队协作精神。
